By the time the DoorDash driver picks it up - especially if there's any delay - the Mixer is already liquid. Other Culver's locations nearby keep Mixers in the freezer until the food is ready, and sometimes even until the driver picks up the order, and the product arrives perfectly frozen every time. This location needs to adjust its workflow for frozen items. The quality here is not consistent with other Culver's restaurants."

However the steak was overcooked a bit (medium when I asked for medium rare) and that usually wouldn't bother me but it tasted off, like the meat wasn't fresh or slightly gamey. The lobster tail was undercooked, rubbery and fishy. I took one bite of each item and then threw it in the trash (in my garage because the lobster oder was overpowering). That's a $75 dish. "Over the past year or so, I have enjoyed the Tuscan-Grilled Pork Chops at least twice a month, either from DoorDash or my family and friends providing a delicious treat they know I love! The Italian salad, garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed fresh spinach are my favorite sides. The generous portions, plus the excellent bread (olive oil and spices included!) keep me busy for a couple of days . I am housebound, an old widow living on a strict budget (and the obligatory 2 chihuahuas) and I consider Carrabas to be a better value than any fast food place can offer. "What a wonderful carrabbas location. Shocked it's in Bradenton honestly. They often write nice things on the utensils bag like "Hope you enjoy" and what not. Very kind. Today I ordered the minestrone with my meal and they had run out. They gave me 2 other soups to make up for it. Always fresh and the portions are perfect. I love this Carrabbas."
