"When I first ordered the new power bowls, I thought, wow, new favorite! As with all things favorite, you order again, and again. Unfortunately, not true with this branch of Taco Bell. Originally, the order was superb! Then another order and I thought, maybe due to a new item, knowledge of quantity might be off, acceptable, so I added "extra" rice and beans to my bowl. I didn't expect to receive the exact opposite. But, I'm a believer in things working out eventually. My last order of a power bowl was received in a paper box and held the least amount of everything ordered. Beans and rice spread thinly across paper was proof that translation was not working with this order. Maybe with work on consistency in the future, I'll consider ordering again."

I have been getting this Taco Salad since 2019 when I 1st moved here and since the pandemic the salad has decreased in size, has been sloppy, and each 1 I ordered in the past 3 years always has at least 2 or more problems but never the same problems each time. Prepandemic it filled the to go box completely. Now they range from 1/2 to 3/4 full. The chips used to be some on top and some on the bottom. However, again in the past 3 years there's either a large amount of chips on the bottom meaning 3/4 to all of the chips being soggy. The amount of jalapeño are very few to tons. Tonight the jalapeño was perfect but the seasoning was extreme. The fried mushrooms and Jojoba was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The chicken tenders was a little tough and was a little bit smaller than normally."

I have been shaking like a crackhead ready for my next order.... just to be bamboozled lol. 2nd order (today). I got the Oxtail Large, Fried Corn Small, and a small Mac. The oxtails were a joke. It looks like they cut each oxtail into multiple mini segments. I actually got less than I got with my med plate. . I should've taken a picture but I was so shocked I had to literally go back to find a pic from my first order before I did this review out of false anger. But nope. Anger valid. Spent $60 both trips. I can't say I regret the experience but it likely ends here. $60 for a plate stuffed with mainly rice and cabbage, the wrong side (first the cabbage/collards. Today I ordered Mac again and got Rasta pasta since they were out. I ordered before they were even open lol and scheduled it.). Rasta pasta wasn't bad but not my speed. Fried corn wasn't bad but not worth $5. Cabbage was good. Oxtails good ofcourse. I'm just thinking they load you up with a good plate to get your attention and then change from there."
