"Today must've been a challenging Saturday, as I was told by my dasher that Marker 3 had run out of the Biscuits & Gravy...yet, lo and behold it was in the bag; however, that's where it gets a little dicey. The gravy had zero...And I do mean zero, seasoning. No salt, no pepper, not even whiff of seasoning in what was supposed to be sausage in the gravy. Who has zero seasoning in their sausage? Ah well, a few shakes of salt and pepper made it edible. I'm going to chalk it up as probably a super busy Saturday while probably training new cooks for the upcoming season. The Grits also lacked any seasoning, but again a few shakes of salt and they were ok. The I'm Really Hungry breakfast was decent and portions for all the food were decent. I will give Marker 3 another go in the future, on a slow-ish day, I hope."
