"I love this store and I will always go back. But I was disappointed tonight. I was craving haloumi and ordered the Zaatar Beirut Style haloumi wrap. I know some restaurants are stingey with their haloumi, so I added chicken to the wrap. I was right - I couldn't taste the haloumi at all, and when I unwrapped it, I saw there was very little haloumi in the haloumi wrap🤷🏽‍♀️. But most importantly, the zaatar was so acidic and tangy (maybe too much sumac) that it overpowered all other flavours. I paid extra for avo and cucumber and chicken, but all I tasted was an acidic tang 😔.
