It was freshly made and the pink sauce was slightly sweet and seemed to have a little kick to it. It added great flavor. I like when there's something different like that for breakfast sandwiches. I never had anything like this before and thought it was so good. The sticky sweet rice had great texture and taste. The sausage was sweet as well and tasted great. The sweet flavors went well w/ the chicken and onions which I believe had a peppery seasoning to it. I added the egg which I thought was a great addition but it would have been good without it too.
