"I was hoping to try one of Coach's specialty pizzas on their gluten free crust & was floored by how far their staff was willing to go out of their way to not only accommodate my request, but to also see that I was charged appropriately given the amount of ingredients needed on my smaller-sized crust. I've been gluten free due to celiac disease for 13 years, and let me tell you --- this NEVER happens. Mad props & many thanks to Coach's for that. I got the Cheeseburger Pizza on their cauliflower crust, and hooooly cannoli. THEY DID NOT MISS! It blew the pizzas that somehow pass as "cheeseburger" on the menus of other establishments so far out of the water. I mean it, this thing is insanely good. The service, value, quality of ingredients (including the gf crust), and execution each exceeded all of my expectations... and after coming highly recommended by an acquaintance, the bar certainly wasn't low to begin with.
