A couple were overcooked and had one that had patches that were close to burning. My main issue is thst it tasted more refried and meat texture was tough. Felt like they chopped the meat too small but again, generous portions as these were filled. I like that they add in avocado and even cheese but I think I would prefer--though a hassle--if topp ings were put in separate baggies as only the upper portion gets toppings otherwise. The sauce, by color, was hoping it had avocado as the gorditas themselves did and don't really like green salsa but it was so spicy, if it had any avocado, it was overpowered. Overall, the items need some tweaks but the taste and touches like avocado puts them above others."

The biscuit was a nice size, but the chicken was a bit bland, and the biscuit itself was good, but not great. The gravy was basically water. Very very thin and basically no taste. "Salmon was well prepared. It was tender and flakey. Thoroughly cooked but not overly cooked. The street corn is one of the best items on the Chili's menu or anywhere at any restaurant. It's wrapped in foil to keep it warm and to keep the corn toppings in place. The broccoli was pretty close to raw. I know this is a matter of preference. I prefer mine a little more thoroughly steamed. The salad is not really a Caeser, so if you really like romaine lettuce you'll be disappointed. It's mixed greens. The croutons were fine. I added more parmesan cheese; it was scant. The dressing is ample for the small salad; it is very much a side salad size. The cheesecake was a large serving. It was pretty much a standard cheesecake, but I appreciate that it didn't arrive still partially frozen. It was smooth and creamy. I added fresh strawberries because the raspberry sauce wasn't my favorite, but some people will really like the tartness. All well packaged in nice plastic clamshells. Utensils included."

"The food arrived warm which was great but from the moment I saw the bag, I noticed that the trays are smaller than expected. They are about 7 x 8 in but left and right sides each have another inch or so of unusable space so more like 7 x 6 in. I ordered Hibachi Chicken with Side for my parents and I and Sesame Chicken with Side for my younger sister. I tried one of her pieces of sesame chicken but had similar issues like with the hibachi chicken, it's a bit too sweet for me. In addition, the tray I ate was probably about 20% vegetables on the chicken side including about 4 weird chilis, maybe 10 onion slivers and pieces and 3 or 4 slices of bell pepper, all but 1 undercooked for me. The fried rice was surprisingly tasty and almost had a buttery taste. The only fault is that I would have preferred a more diverse mix vs mostly peas and carrots. Overall, fair but definitely needs adjustments before getting a higher rating."
