The filling looks like a cream paste with texture. Very interesting dessert and I really loved it. I am attahing the photo. Also I ordered 50% sweetness Iced Ube / 凍紫薯 with Boba, and it only had a (legit) hint of sweetness but not sweet at all. Boba pearls were stiff and not really chewy so I took one star off the overall review. The less-sugar crystal boba comes in a separate jar and was like a slightly sweetened konyak jelly. I think I'll order at least 75% sweetness for the boba next time.
