"This is the best place in Springfield. It's an old school Chinese place that always delivers. They are not stingy with their portions, the food is delicious and best of all you get the feeling they value their customers. The very first time I went there, there was a sweet old lady sitting there handling the to go orders and talking to all the customers. We talked a little, I told her I was new to the area and she gave me a free hot and sour soup. I have been a loyal customer ever since. "When I first walked in I saw 2 employees, one of which who turned out to be the owner, swatting flies with electric fly swatters. I went up and ordered food and was charged extra without warning for one of the toppings. I also ordered a Vietnamese cold brew for $5 and got a coffee about 5 fl oz full of ice so there was barely any coffee. In addition you have to pay extra for more than 1 sauce. Each of the tabes in the restaurant were dirty and the trays were stained and seemed unwashed. Not to mention the disgusting yellow walls of the place. The food itself was not good either, with small meat portions and overall below average food. The sauce I got with my food was the pineapple fish sauce which tasted ok but smelled absolutely horrible. Absolutely terrible experience. "

Delicious meal(s) that exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the Thai Fish Cakes were disappointing. Note they do not arrive with the leafy garnish as advertised. 5 star rating stands as it is evident Kiin Imm sources fresh ingredients and takes pride in their craft. "wow. CHICKEN BENTO was just amazing. If I had anything to say, it would be that the rice was a little too watery in some parts. Gyoza was crispy, sushi was amazing, and sauces were flavorful. Chicken was tender and juicy, vegetables tasted fresh and were a great pair with the chicken. SHRIMP TEMPURA was... well it tastes fine. Koromo never got soggy and shrimp was very soft, but the price for 3 is a bit bad (5.39). Taste was impeccable though. About authenticity? as authentic as it can be - not quite there, some 'less authentic' parts (california rolls, sauce), but chicken and gyoza and tempura were all as authentic as they could be, thought it didn't give me that feeling which is hard to explain.
