I reluctantly ordered several jelly-filled donuts, a bear claw, and a Kolache (I did not eat all of this at one time 😂) Omg...was I ever surprised! Y'all these donuts were so fresh. I never in my life thought I would say this but these donuts were bigger, better, and fresher than KK donuts. I can't even put into words how excited I was to find amazing donuts that are in my area and are a 10/10 in my opinion. I also ordered a kolache and it was just as delicious. I just popped it in the microwave for about 8 seconds to warm it up. Kolaches were another thing that I had never known about until last year. Crazy! "The Ribeye Steak Frites was not what I was expecting as far as the Ribeye goes. Super thin. I guess that's why they don't ask what temperature you would like. I was super disappointed with the Roasted Vegetables portion size. There was not quite 1/3 cup for the a la carte portion. Plus, they were drowning in oil (which spilled all over and leaked through the bag). Somehow there was STILL standing oil when I transferred them to my plate. Lastly, I upgraded my Gumbo to a "bowl" from a "cup," but the portion size is a baker's cup (8oz). I measured bc I was pretty shocked at the size of the container. Maybe their "cup" is actually a half cup? I was just really disappointed bc I truly have loved this restaurant in the past. I usually end my meal feeling happy about treating myself to good food. Instead, I felt regretful that I had spent $70 on a meal that I didn't enjoy at all. Also, none of my complaints are reflecting eating delivered food vs in restaurant dining."
