"portion size... 6 oz of fish is a generous portion! tasty salmon cooked on a cedar plank and seasoned to perfection. I selected a baked potato with butter and sour cream as my first side. the large baked potato arrived wrapped in foil to keep it warm and was not yet cut. both the butter and sour cream were present. I was able to prepare the baked potato to my own standard. my second aide, seasoned broccoli, was approximately one cup-worth and was buttered. I didn't detect any other seasoning. that was fine with me. Yummy!"
