Although it was flavorful it was overcooked so it was dry and needed sauce. I tried the Paradise roll, and I was disappointed. It was supposed to have mango in it and mango sauce on it. I guess they ran out of mango because there was no sauce and it had banana in it. Banana does not make a good mango substitute. The flavor combo with the lobster and white fish was unpleasant. Being that the whitefish was fried, the banana was also warm, double yuck. Had we dined in and received this dish I would have sent it back, it's just not tasty. I would have preferred them to message me and ask me to change my choice than make such an odd substitution. I won't be adventurous if we order from them on doordash again. With that being said, Sakura is one of my favorite restaurants. We visit often and will continue to do so.
