The Carne Asada Enchiladas with corn tortilla and verde sauce was traditional but with a modern twist, it was mouth watering and very acidic (in a good way), however unlike a lot of verde sauce, this one was spicy just like a young chef would make it for their youthful patrons who likes to live life a little on the edge.
Beware, the verde sauce will be spicy for your toddlers unless your kids don't mind a little heat!
