I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce.
Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce.
This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks."

"This was my first time ordering, but it won't be the last. I had the Toasted Bagel with Butter & Berry Jam and the Egg, Ham & Cheese (Grilled), and both of them were delicious. The Olympic Provisions Ham is superior, and my sandwich was toasted perfectly. The eggs were fluffy, and the Everything Bagel itself was so good, one of the best I have ever had. The Bagel with house made strawberry jam was delightful. Of course, I needed coffee to go with my breakfast, and the Latte was excellent, as I expected from a place that roasts its own beans. If they get a basic drink like this just right, with no extra flavorings, they know what they're doing. I look forward to trying more selections, especially the coffee drinks. Highly recommended!"
"Unfortunately I cannot recommend. There was no option for an Americano without adding a flavor shot so I asked for that to be substituted with an add shot since I don't like flavor in my Americano. Somehow it ended up tasting more like diner coffee than an Americano. My cappuccino with lavender was ok but also tasted more like warm milk than coffee. Not sure if it wasn't fresh or something else but both coffees were very lackluster and didn't have much coffee flavor. I wanted to like this spot but I really can't get over how little I can taste the coffee in both drinks."
