"I’ve ordered from Ciao Bella a few times, and while the food tastes good, the delivery portions are ridiculously small compared to what you get at the restaurant. I recently got the beet salad and literally counted 13 leaves of arugula—$12 for what felt like two bites. That’s just frustrating.
When I’ve picked up in person, the portions were slightly better—probably because they know you can say something on the spot. One time, I ordered ahead for pickup around 8:30 PM on a weekday, got there after 30 minutes, and the guy had no idea I even placed an order. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. At that point, I might as well have just dined in.
Honestly, after this last experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. The prices are too high for what they give you—especially with delivery. If you really want to try it, go pick it up yourself. Don’t waste your money on delivery unless you’re cool with getting half a portion."

"i ordered a strawberry shortcake donut and got a strawberry glazed that was a mess and absolutely disgusting and no refund on the price difference then i ordered the marylin wrap which they didn't have so got the same thing as my friend but instead of a roll asked for a wrap (chicken salad) there was also a price difference between the chicken salad roll and the marylin wrap which was not refunded we also asked for onion and avocado and paid for those toppings and didn't get anything we asked for the woman who i spoke with had no customer service skills and just hung up without a goodbye while i was still speaking.
