"I give this Dunkin' a variable rating of 3.5 to 4.5 Stars due to a lack of consistency with the flavoring and sweetness of coffee. I get an extra large black midnight (highly recommend) with 4 sugar and 5 caramel swirls. Sometimes it is not sweet enough and sometimes it too sweet. Sometimes there isn't enough caramel swirl. Unlike other Dunkin locations that hit the mark every time. The food is always good... like the bacon, egg cheese etc. but when it comes to toasted bagels with cream cheese they are inconsistent with amount of cream cheese the apply... sometimes it simply isn't enough... and sometimes it's a little heavy handed. The management needs to implement stand protocols if they haven't or better train their employees."
