The expense comes from the fact that making ramen The correct way is a very labor intensive process. you have to love what you are cooking in order to successfully cook it. and by God, do these people love what they do because this is absolutely delicious. It is perfectly savory and spicy and sweet, and it blends everything that makes Asian cuisine delicious. 10 out of 10 would definitely order again. The Gyoza (6 Pieces) was absolutely amazing as well."
