"The oil this was cooked in was very old. It was overcooked and very fried. The chixharron was small and extremely dry and awful. The yuca was soaking with old grease. I've had it many times before and this order was terrible. Also they sent 3 wrong baleadas. So sad for this dinner today. I've been craving it for months. Sad."

"spent 34.84 on 3 smoothies. I called the store after the second order was messed up. the store stated they ran out of lids for the regular cups so they split their smoothies into 2 cups. I ordered 3 smoothies so I should have gotten 6 small cups, but I received 3 small cups and no edible straw. this is the second issue today for the same order. the store stated they sent 6 cups with the door dasher. called the store and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them if they didn't have the correct size cups, they need to turn off the ordering function through their online ordering services since I paid $12 a smoothie. was told they couldn't do that since there was no manager in the store. very unprofessional. they stated I need to talk to doordash."
