"I usually don't rate restaurants, but RicArepas (in addition to the cute name) has hands-down the best yucca I've ever eaten. Yucca is usually tasty, but they've transformed the usual starchy fry into robust, shaped morsels with a lightweight interior and a seriously crispy, nicely seasoned exterior.
