"Alright, amazing soup to ingredient ratio, very flavorful a lot of texture, but not bad texture. I only had to remove two ingredients, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. I don’t like bamboo shoots. I do like mushrooms, but this kind of mushroom was kind of weird, so I wasn’t a fan of it. The meat is tender and falls apart in your mouth. The combination of ingredients is very good little tofu, squares, really round it out and give it that like blandness to the punch of flavor that everything else is providing. The broth came very hot and separated from the ingredients which you know I always love. It was a good soup ratio enough soup to cover all of the ingredients in the separated bowl with a bit extra so if you wanted to drink the broth by itself, definitely an option. Just a few tweaks would make this breakfast hands down the best. Potatoes could use some kind of seasoning. With ketchup, they were decent though. . Bacon is too thick. Closer to the thickness of jerky, and therefor it was tough. Thin and crispy would be so much better, but the flavor was great. The sausage patties were amazing though. Also, they didnt give me butter for the pancakes or ketchup I asked for. My biggest gripe about Bob Evan's though is not being about to customize anything or take any ingredients off on anything. It keeps me from ordering there a lot of times. "20. Chicken Fried Rice was delicious but not much chicken. 62. Beef with Mushrooms was delicious. Very tasty. H1. Happy Family was not very good. There was 3 small shrimp, no large jumbo shrimp, scallops were very fishy, there was one piece of crab that was inedible. There were a few pieces of chicken and one or two small pieces of beef. The veggies were cut too big and not cooked enough. Very disappointed. Worst thing I've ever gotten from this restaurant. "
