The chips -for a delivery- were in paper bowls with no lids. So, hardly any chips were in the bowls when delivered, and the bottles of drink were sat on any chips that remained in the bowls, so they were the same temperature as the refrigerated drinks. Really quite disappointing. I think they might be better if you went and collected them from the shop yourself, but that wasn't an option for me. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again.
