"First and last visit to Peter Changs. I'm a firm believer in giving restaurants a second chance, but in this case it's not happening. This was quite possibly the most disgusting lunch I've eaten in a very long time.
I ordered their shredded pork with smoked tofu lunch special to go. I was in the area for work, and I've been wanting to try it. The dish sounded different and I was intrigued. For the sides I got fried rice and my favorite, egg drop soup. I also got a scallion bubble pancake appetizer.
What I received was thin sliced, oily (SO OILY), very undercooked pork with slices of smoked tofu, red pepper, and the occasional chunk of scallion. Fried rice was white and barely fried with barely any flavor. The egg drop soup was okay, but nothing exciting or any different from a random take out place. The pancakes were served in a brown paper bag, cold, greasy and bland. This meal cost $26, including tip."
