I ordered brown rice, but was delivered white rice with a note that said they had no brown rice. Honestly a phone call would have been nice because then I would have probably changed my order. I like spicy food, but caution-- level 4 feels more like a 6 to me...and I'm used to spicy food. So I recommend going a level lower than what you think the spice might be. I keep ordering from here because Iooove their mango sticky Mango Sticky Rice but price for the portion sizes have me rethinking future orders. "
