"To preface, I'm not a huge fan of piada because I believe the quality of the food is not respective of the price paid. I ordered the regular size Carbonara Pasta with added "crispy calamari" and "salmon" for almost a $12 up charge. The calamari is not fried golden brown, which made it quite underwhelming; however, the salmon is fine --- it is cooked to about a medium temperature. My next observation would be the spinach, there are full, uncooked spinach leaves in my pasta. It would've taken not even a full 5 minutes to reduce this sauce and cook the spinach properly. The same 5 minutes they could've taken to fry the calamari properly."

They had to go find the one guy running To Go orders. I had to wait for my order 25 minutes after my pickup time (which was already 20+ minutes after I placed it). The restaurant was far from packed so a backed up kitchen shouldn't be the reason for the delay. "
