When I asked about my order, they said to check the order confirmation. I already did that, it was confirmed. I’ve paid and waited. I just wanted a time update. No help whatsoever. Customer service through an automated robot is a joke. All it could do was take my order but every other question was an excuse to not help and to not talk to a real person. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from this place as if something goes wrong, you’ll get through to no one. On top of this, I ordered extra steak in my burrito bowl and got the beer minimum. I wouldn't even say this is the normal amount of steak needed. I have about five small pieces of steak and the rest I lettuce and cheese. For paying extra, or paying at all for steak, this is extremely disappointing. Overall, I will not order from this place again."
