The pork is flavorful and tasty, thinly sliced and perhaps braised. Ingredients in both main dishes were fresh. Kakuni Don has a white rice base and a few pickled ingredients. Very good. Not spicy. Ninja Ramen is noodle/broth based and we made note to please make it "very very spicy". They delivered the heat! Be sure to mix the broth up from the bottom though, otherwise the spice broth sits in the bottom alone under the strainer until you are done with the noodles, etc. Green Tea Ice Cream was a delicious treat! Only 4 stars because the prices are a couple dollars too high ($19.20 and $18.00) when compared with other comparable entrees at nearby restaurants. "

"I usually get from this place every month or two as a special treat for myself and its amazing. My usual is the sukiyaki udon and i would recommend it to anyone who wants to try this place. The broth is always rich with flavor and the mix of vegetables and beef complement it so well. "

"The pork belly is really good. However, they have failed to follow add-ons I've paid for multiple times, and I won't recommend this place to anyone. My most recent order I paid $5.00 for an additional egg yolk on top of what was already on both ordered items (that would total 4 yolks in theory). I even put a plea in the order instructions not to forget, but alas, I was left half yolked. Finally, you know the texture rice has after a day in the refrigerator? That's the texture of the rice from Takkii Ramen. "

"I have tried and been to so many Asian restaurants (especially Chinese cuisine) in Allentown and surrounding areas, but honestly, this place is a gem for sure. The food tastes just perfect and smells quite good. Also, the owners are nice, friendly, helpful, and it's a plus so far. I wish they could make the sweet and sour sauce a bit thicker and less sour, so it would taste even better. If anyone wanna try the Beef Mixed Veggies, my advice is not to eat this dish without rice cuz it's gonna be a little salty. But so far so good tho. Definitely come back!! "

"Oh no, their House Special Fried Rice just stole my heart. The taste of it is out of my expectations, how could it be possibly yummy like this? Also, I really adore the texture of the rice. It's soft, fluffy, but not mushy or dry at all. They are just a perfect combination with veggies and other meats.
