The brisket that was actually edible had great flavor but 2/3 of it was the grizzly fat- gross! We also paid $7 for a Large Side of Guacamole but it wasnt even half full. I understand things have gotten more expensive but as consumers, our prices have also increased. Very disappointed in the Galesburg Chipotle. "

I did like how they packaged the chili and cheese separate so the chips werent soggy. However, in the pic you will see how small the serving of chili is - hot sauce packet for size reference; the chili was all chilibeans, no meat that I could see or taste. The little divot in the chips is all I could spread the chili on; the whole rest of the container was me sipping chips into cheese sauce. The cheese for the nachos is good, just the right canned cheeese sauce for dipping (seriously - Exactly right). All in all, meh on the nachos. Maybe next time I will just order cheese and use my own chips.
Now, on to the 26. Broccoli, Cauliflower & Melted Cheddar Cheese Potato . I despise cauliflower, but I hoped I could cover the taste up with extra cheese and ham, lots of pepper and hot sauce...it didn't work. Not their fault, it is exactly as described and exactly like the picture. Potato seemed really small, I had to dig to get a good bite. since i picked out the veggies (as much as one can) and just left the cheese and ham and potatoe, just seemed like a really small tater.
