"Taste is great need better packaging for crispy foods! Double Up Burger was really really well seasoned & very good, it was huge too. Could maybe use a pickle on the side. Cajun fries were seasoned ok but horribly soggy I didnt eat many due to texture. Buffalo Chicken Salad tasted really great actually but was super basic, the chicken tho packed separately was extrmely soggy & soft no crunch whatsoever. Overall for my 2nd order it was just ok but I do think they do some items extremely well just a packaging problem. "

"I've tried all the smoothie bowls around. You name it, I've tried it. Once I tried coco shacks bowls, I've never went anywhere else. The taste of their smoothie bowls is by far the best I've ever had. Other places don't even come close to the quality and taste of coco shack's. I get the açaí bowl and the base is everything you'd want in a smoothie. It's the perfect amount of sweetness and the consistency is always amazing even when I have it delivered. The fruit is always fresh, they give a lot of fruit on top and it's never sour or bitter. The one thing is that it's expensive, but for the size, it's worth it. The smoothie bowls are huge and they are such a good treat. I order from this place at least once a week."

"I have to give 4 stars because they gave me hot fudge toppings & I asked for hot caramel sauce. The BUILD YOUR OWN WAFFLE NACHOS were so good & it filled me up. I got the small with 3 different scoops & it’s big enough to share with two people. I tried the Michigan Pothole ice cream for the first time, which is basically triple fudge, & mixed with the marshmallow cream & hot fudge they accidentally gave me, it was delicious. "
