"I LOVE Potbelly but this was the worst I've had. Both salads had old lettuce, one had a huge center core of the head of lettuce in it. The cookies, which are my favorite cause they are always a little crispy around the edges and soft and chewy in the middle were HARD as a rock!! I have never used this location, going back to Richardson store!"
