"Ive ordered 5 times through Door Dash. 3 times it was late and not by a little but by 45 minutes. One order never made it because the store closed early due-to staff issues. I was offered a credit when I called, I chose the refund. It was not the young lady's fault staff didnt show up for work. Typically the food is good. My order today was not. The Nachos BellGrande® was not good at all. The meat and refried beans were old and dry. The Spicy Potato Soft Taco was good. I normally get the crunch wrap which is always good. The delivery time has been terrible, always pushing it later and later. They forgot my drink today and never responded when I reached out to them. "

"Owners do not hold up on line prices. Could not use B1G1. Internet would not let you order. Husband said they have been having trouble with it. Wife came over there waving the receipt that someone just got the deal. I said I tried twice, a friend tried twice and we both couldn't get it to go through. Husband is nice, but wife is rude.
