When I questioned this, the manager claimed that due to my customization, this was unavoidable and refused to fill the drink to the top—even with water. His justification that making more tea would take two hours left me baffled. Customers should not have to compromise on the quality or quantity of what they pay for. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, but until improvements are made, I won’t be returning."

"I never review places but I HAD to for Amai Crepes! I asked for stra to be added to the Nutella Banana crepe. They very quickly let me know there was an upcharge which I figured there would be. Happy with how quickly they communicated. Both crepes we order were delicious! Flavorful but not overdone. The Matcha Latte (16 Oz) was perfect! Not sweetened like most places do. There was a cute heart on top from the foam but I put the lid on. The gentleman behind the counter taking orders was great! Very personable and seemed very thankful for the business. Also very happy that the crepes are gluten free!!! It's hard to find great tasting gf food! Def 10/10 would recommend and order again!"
