The Whipped Feta Appetizer isn't actually whipped, it has the consistency of blue cheese dressing and it doesn't taste like feta cheese either. They have the pita options listed as baked or soft which are two common styles for preparing pita except that they really should call their baked pita something like pita chips because they are NOTHING like traditional baked pita which is still soft and has a pocket formed in the center. The protein portions are tiny. The Mediterranean salad was the standout of the show--super yummy but when the only really good thing is a salad...that's just not good."
