A previous order before last our Dianne sauce was missing so they replaced that in a followikg order as well. Great customer service!! I had already had a $15 refund processed prior to the call but they still re delivered the chips which is much apprecriated :) only reason im not giving 5 star is because the Duck Spring Rolls with Japanese Dipping Sauce were all cut into pieces which I found odd and made them go cold quicker. "Steak was perfectly cooked. It's not often you find a place that cooks steak perfect let alone a door dash order. Everything was hot and placed in seperate containers (except chips, but only a couple were under the steak) so it didnt ruin the meal.
