The broth for the Tonkotsu Shoyu was so rich and full of depth. what Ineeded for the cold. Sukiyakimrat was so tender and flavored, I nearly are it all before mixing as part of the dish.Tebasaki came in larger order as these would be my football wings..so smooth. "So disappointed after seeing all of the great reviews. I ordered the gyoza, sunomono, aged tofu, and Tonkoatsu ramen. Everything was underseasoned and bland. The ramen noodles were soggy, and the broth was oily without much flavor. Sunomono was mostly seaweed and octopus and few cucumbers - needed a lot more vinegar. The gyoza looked amazing but the filling had little favor - at least the dipping sauce was good. The best thing was th tofu - it was cooked well and had a nice creamy texture - but the sauce didn't have much flavor. I know I've been spoiled on Ramen Ya, but they don't deliver and I was hoping for an alternative when I don't want to run out, but this wasn't it. Oh well."

I was not happy about this because they also were not whole wings. They were 6 wingettes for about $10. Everything was a bit on the pricier side for carryout food. I think that's because of the economy tho. Singapore Rice Noodle It was pretty good. noodles stayed long and intact. They weren't broken. It needed just a tad bit more curry but thats just my taste. However, the pork in it was so chewy and fatty I couldn't eat it. I had to take out the pork because it just didn't break down when chewing it. Chicken Chow Mein This was the best part of my $90 order. I'm one of few people who love this white saucy vegetable type chow mein. Not the noodle type chow mein. Out of the 5 items I ordered this was the best one. The sauce was a bit on the thick side which I didn't mind because with most other restaurants it turns watery after settling. This sauce was a delicious white sauce that kept its consistency. The crisp veggies was a tasty delight to eat. Veggies were not over cooked. They were good. This was a nice dish. House Fried Rice It had a nice flavor but I don't know if it's the old oil used or what but as u can see in the photos it was brown in color and not vibrant and fresh looking. It was also greasy. We got the Idly vadai combo, Dosai and Chicken Biryani with my favorites being sambar served with the tiffin items and Chicken Biryani. Idlies were spongy soft while still warm, the vadai was crispy and the side accomplishments complimented them very well. Chicken Biryani was so flavorful with the meat being so tender and tasted homemade and delicious. I opted for the less oilt version of Dosai and it didn't disappoint either. Food was very warm and got delivered in less than 30 minutes. Prices were very affordable as well. They ran out of rose milk but rather than cancelling that, they replaced it with mango lassi which was considerate of them. I definitely recommend this spot for all the above food items."
