"Best BBQ I've had in Arizona since I moved from Kansas City. I've been trying bbq here and there for 20 years in the valley. The fat cap and bark on the sliced brisket is amazing. the chopped brisket is melt in your mouth, the bark is incredible. It didn't even need sauce, the flavors were wonderful. The Mac and Cheese is very cheesy and delicious. The Potato salad had a slight kick, I assume from tiny thin slices of jalapeño. (could be wrong) It's very fresh tasting, great texture from al dente potatoes and celery bits. A very light dressing over it. Tastes like a Kansas City summer picnic. Great value and plenty of food! I'll order again soon and try dessert!"
