I came to pick up my order, and it wasn’t ready yet — they just told me to wait without saying how long it would take. When the food finally came out, one of the workers handed me two cups even though I ordered three drinks. I thought they forgot one, but later realized it was because the passionfruit drink is given directly by the workers, not from the soda machine. No one explained that to me. When I asked about it, several employees came over, but none of them could clearly explain what was going on. It was really confusing, and I felt like they were judging me for asking a simple question. I shouldn’t have to figure things out on my own when it’s my first time here. I hope the staff can communicate better and be more helpful to customers in the future. Would not order from here again!"
