"I've gotten the Torta Asada (Grilled Steak) a few times since it's close to my house. They've always been inconsistent with the ingredients and portions. The torta I got today was the worst. The buns were burnt on the inside which I could taste, but the worst part was that there was barely any meat in it. I ended up putting all the meat in one half and it was still an avg portion. The meat was okay, a little overcooked but not horrible. It came with fries which is cool, if you want them but I didn't. I gave two stars because I got the barbacoa taco and it was okay. The meat was a little bland but not bad. definitely my last time ordering a from here."

"I am a tough birria critic and taqueria nueva union blew me out of the water. I ordered the Tacos de Quesabirria / Quesabirria Tacos - Meat is tender and juicy, tortillas weren't soggy even after a 20 min delivery drive, portions were generous, I also love the side of what seems like marinated grilled onions in addition to the cucumber, radish & the usual lime wedges. The consumme is extremely flavorful and the included red salsa adds a nice kick! Beyond that, the CAKE 3 LECHES is a total show stopper. May be some of the best I've ever had. Overall a 10/10.
