"This is the third time my order from this location has had missing items (twice on my account and once on my partner’s account). Because this has now happened multiple times, it appears there may be an ongoing order accuracy issue at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the customer service experience with them when trying to resolve the issue was extremely disappointing. My DoorDash delivery was missing the cheese sauce that I paid extra for. DoorDash only offered credit instead of a refund, so I had to drive to the store myself to retrieve the missing item, even though I had already paid for delivery for the convenience. When I arrived, the staff gave me the smallest 3 oz queso cup. Considering the inconvenience of having to leave my home and drive to the store because the order was packed incorrectly, I politely asked if they could either provide an additional cup or a slightly larger portion due to the inconvenience. The employee stated I would need to pay more. At that point, I asked if the queso could simply be refunded and not provided, since the mistake was on their end and I was not satisfied with the service. They still refused and said I would need to go through DoorDash, which I had already attempted. When I asked for a manager, I was told the manager was not there and there was no resolution offered. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is how businesses resolve them. Having to drive to the store after paying for delivery, and then receiving no effort to resolve the inconvenience, was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from or visiting this location if you want correct orders."

The only thing we would order again would be the Tamale Pollo en Salsa Verde / Chicken in Green Sauce. They were also a little small for the cost, but had great flavor. Rice and beans were fine. The order was prepared pretty quickly during a busy time of day, so that was good."

We hadn't ordered from Azul Mexicano for a while, no reason, and they have new aluminum take out containers. I think they're a lot better than the cardboard or paper ones. We also ordered flan, my favorite, for dessert. However, the dinner servings were so large that my husband and I could only eat half our dinner, so the beautiful, scrumptious looking flan will have to wait until later.
