Then, on top of it, the Choco Brownie Extreme BLIZZARD® Treat that I ordered that was supposed to be a mini ended up being a medium. I can understand accidentally mixing up the wrong size, but the employees need to confirm the order is correct before they pack up and seal the order. If this had happened in store or in the drive-thru, they would have made it correctly. Why can't they do the same for Doordash orders. This is not the first time that they have screwed up an order for me, and I doubt it will be the last."

"Rigatoni Rosa was perfect! The one suggestion I have would be to bring back an option to sub shredded parm for grated - I would happily pay a bit more to be able to do this without having to call and ask to sub. Since there isn't, I ordered it with no cheese and added shredded parm myself, LOL. I must say I do really like the new rigatoni pasta and cherry tomatoes. I highly recommend this dish overall, especially with parmesan-crusted chicken, red pepper flakes, and extra mushrooms added. Chef's kiss!"

"I ordered the Pad Thai and the eggs came burnt. They were in a very thin, solid layer, not scrambled at all & very brown. The grilled chicken breast I ordered with it had to have been 1/2 of a chicken breast at the most as there was only 3 small pieces of chicken in the dish. Definitely be sure to order extra sauce on the side like I did as the dish was pretty dry & it was definitely needed. The dasher did a great job delivering it as fast as he could though & followed the delivery directions. "
