The sweetened blueberry topping took it to the next level—it was truly to die for! I didn't even need syrup; the waffles were perfectly sweet on their own. I prefer mine without cheese as I feel it takes the flavor away from the meat itself but do your own thing. Also, charro beans are amazing too. "
