You get to customize your waffles and select a meat option, so I went with blueberry waffles and sausage. Let me tell you, the dish was absolutely delicious! The sweetened blueberry topping took it to the next level—it was truly to die for! I didn't even need syrup; the waffles were perfectly sweet on their own. The scrambled eggs were great, fluffy and soft, though a dash of salt and pepper elevated them to perfection. My only disappointment? The coffee isn’t available for delivery through DoorDash. "I have been on a journey for real, authentic Birria Tacos since coming from West Texas. I have tried nearly every joint in Granbury that serves them and these are by far the best and closest to authentic as you can get. They are flavorful, tortilla is crispy and soft at the same time. You could probably drink the consome by itself and be good to go before even tasting the tacos. I prefer mine without cheese as I feel it takes the flavor away from the meat itself but do your own thing. Also, charro beans are amazing too. "
