It's not overly spicy, sweet, or salty, and I appreciate that they send the bean sprouts, lime, cilantro etc. in a separate container from the broth so you can add to your tastes and avoid a mess when opening the containers. The 2. Spring Rolls with Charbroiled Pork are also delicious. I like that they come cut in half, which makes them easier to handle, and they come with a good amount of peanut sauce. No spice whatsoever (the spice scale only goes from medium to very spicy so I was cautious), almost no vermicelli, very few mushrooms, and little to no flavor. The lotus, additionally, came on the side so it did not cook in the soup at all and therefore wasn't worth paying for. Only good things about it was that lamb was plentiful and the pork blood sausage thing tasted good.
