I'm not sure what logging is needed as a driver or personal correspondence but in regards to the goal of "timely manner" texting after the delivery would be better. When approved my door not a word was spoken. He handed me the order turn and left. when I thanked him his response was "yup". Customer service is an important part of delivery (in my impression) and poor customer service is inexcusable."
