The reason I can't give five stars is because the delivery system for this store is poorly managed. I can never know when my items will arrive because there's no tracking from Insomnia Cookies or DoorDash when you use DoorDash. Sometimes orders arrive much later after the scheduled time, so I can't plan to meet my delivery driver at a specific time. This time, it never arrived (I did get a refund, though and both DoorDash and Insomnia Cookies provided excellent help). Again, I love the food from this store and I'm happy they deliver through DoorDash. But the "merchant courier" system needs some work."

I rate it three stars because the icecream scoops were the size of a ping pong ball, which was really disappointing, given I paid $11. Also, door dash didn't properly track the order. I followed updates from Insomnia's site. Door dash told me my order was delivered almost 30 minutes after Insomnia notified me of the drop-off."
