Birria noodles usually come with shredded cheese to balance it out and since they dont list the ingredients for this one like the other items you cant really tell or get the option to add it or anything but it had potential. it was nicely portioned and was still hot which was great but i would have stuck to carne asada fries if i knew how it tasted. it may just be a bad batch tho but i still won't be ordering this specific thing again. i still look forward to ordering the other things on the menu."

"Ultimate Smokehouse Combo and Smokehouse Combo were good. We both ordered the ribs with the house bbq which were great. The white cheddar Mac was good. And I ordered nashville hot chicken with my combo which was good but could've used just a bit more seasoning aside from that the chicken was good quality and cooked well. The highlight was the house bbq ribs for sure in both of our combos. The Southwestern Eggrolls were good as usual. As a suggestion, I would say toss them in the air fryer for a few minutes as the take out boxes can retain moisture and make them a touch soft, rather than the nice crispy texture you want on the eggroll. Overall a good dinner for a fair price. "

We usually get the birria and the meat is so tender and flavorful. We tried the Botana and Gordita today and they were soooooooo good. We have tried every Mexican restaurant in a pretty wide area and Taqueria El Compa is hands down the most consistent and delicious in terms of flavor and authenticity. I literally tell everyone to go check them out because the difference between them and other Mexican restaurants around here is not even comparable. My son always finishes his meal from here with a piece of their Tres Leches Cake that he is obsessed with...moist, not overly sweet, just perfection.
