The chicken leg however was undercooked and as shown in the pic, still slightly bloody at the bone and drained into the box. To be safe I chose to microwave the trio for 2 mins before eating. Hands down it is very flavorful and packed with delicious fresh, thick cuts of .....carrots, zucchini, red potatoes, cabbage and beef.
That hit of lime mixed into the broth is the prize....takes the taste of the Caldo De Res over the top, and clear on over to the next level!
It's SO GOOD!!! EXCELLENT & my favorite item of them all.
Packaging of the items was good. Had only a small spill. Only one unit of a small utensil set, plastic fork & knife was included.
