The noodles had texture and not overcooked, which is essential with noodles. However, no garlic was present in the Garlic Stir-Fried Egg Noodles and instead, too much grated carrot. The noodles had the overpowering flavor of carrot. Would have preferred the garlic, such as the roasted cloves in these noodles I've seen in photos, or, at the very least... some garlic.
