Just two days prior, I doordashed 3 lbs of crawfish, turkey nevks pota,and, saisage& shrimp & had some of the best crawfish I’ve had in a long time—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. That’s why I decided to order again. However, this time, the crawfish I received was either old or frozen. It was mushy, falling apart, and full of water. To make matters worse, I also ordered turkey necks again, and they were completely missing from my order. I spent $100 expecting the same quality as my previous visit, only to be incredibly disappointed.
I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, not even asking for a refund—just bringing the issue to their attention. Instead of addressing my concerns, the woman on the phone dismissively told me, “Well, no one else has complained.” I was flabbergasted. As a frequent customer, I should be able to provide feedback without being dismissed.
I truly hope management takes this seriously because consistency and customer service matter. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m hesitant to return."
