A young girl answered the phone and I explained to her that their sourdough grilled cheese has been off the last 2 times I ordered it. Instead of being hot and crispy, like usual, it has been soggy, and the cheese inside hard and not melted. I explained I order this every week and have never had this issue before. She stated that it's a pre-packed item that they just heat up (which I already knew), but, she said that probably the quality of the product they receive has gone down. I went on to explain to her that in addition to the food being bad the last 2 times I ordered, that my drink has also arrived spilled twice in the past week.
