"I normally get the curry goat or the oxtail and no one comes close to his authentic Jamaican flavors. Always gives amazing portions and makes his food fresh. One day after cooking his jerk chicken on the grill he offered me a sample (because I told him I dont like jerk chicken) boy did change my mind. The chicken was tender, juicy, and the seasoning was on point. To all my fellow new yorkers that are looking for a Jamaican spot like in the city....THIS IS IT!!!"

The bread is soft and at first I hadnt even noticed the potato chip fries in the sandwich; it just melted so lovely with the sandwich. Add the house BBQ sauce and this takes the sandwich up a knotch! 3rd time ordering it and its amazing everytime! Thank you."

So I ordered again bc it was worth it for the $19 & change comes out to 26 bc you have to choose sides. If I never ordered before I would've not known any better but this was a baby piece of meat. There is more rice than meat. I will not order again. It does have great flavor but extremely pricey for the plate. Better off going to Santiagos or La Isla. "
